Since we started offering Sage CRM (customer relationship management) back in 2008, providing CRM solutions has become a major part of our business. Trish and Colin’s sole focus will be to build on this success and help you take your CRM initiatives to the next level.
Colin is a CRM and ERP industry veteran with over 15 years of experience. Before joining DM2, he was a Senior CRM Consultant and Project Manager at a leading Sage business partner. Prior to that, he was Director of Operations at CRM Systems, Inc., a Sage CRM reseller. Colin, a Sage CRM Certified Consultant since 2002, has lead over 80 Sage CRM implementations and been involved in hundreds of CRM-related projects since he began his career in 1996.
Trish started her career as a Research Analyst in 1993 after graduating from the State University of New York with a BA in Economics. She earned her MBA in International Business from the American University in Washington, DC in 1995. Prior to joining DM2, Martin worked for Tableau Software, a leading provider of business intelligence software solutions. Trish recently became a Sage CRM Certified Consultant and holds a variety of professional certifications, including one for Salesforce.com CRM.
On another note, Sage CRM was recently awarded Info-Tech Research Group’s highest overall rating for small to mid-sized business CRM solutions based on features, usability, affordability and architecture.
